Kitchen Supervisor -- Responsibilities include supervising all aspects of food service for a kitchen that serves an average of 500-600 meals a day. Must be an experienced cook, one who can produce healthy, well-prepared and tasty food to ensure the physical well being of our residents, guests and staff. Must also have experience in training and supervising other kitchen staff. The work hours for this position are 5:30AM -- 2:00PM, Monday through Friday. Shift coverage may vary from time to time.
